Joel A. Margolis, 62, Mayor of Stotts City, departed this life on March 9, 2020 at St. John’s Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Mount Hope Cemetery in Webb City. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary in Joplin.
